The 2013 Global Peace Index (GPI) shows that the world has become less peaceful, with a rise in the number of homicides and an increase in military expenditure. The GPI measures peace in 162 countries according to 22 qualitative and quantitative indicators of peace.
Nepal ranks 82 out of 162 in the list. Impressive, but we need to do more.
